Role Summary
The Technology Modernization Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding the implementation of technology modernization initiatives within an organization, with a particular focus on driving organic growth. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, and innovation, while also identifying and leveraging opportunities for organic business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive technology modernization strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives.

Project Management:
Lead and manage multiple technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Collaborate with C-suite leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for technology initiatives.

Change Management:
Facilitate organizational change by promoting the adoption of new technologies and processes.

Performance Monitoring:
Establish metrics and KPIs to track the progress and success of technology modernization efforts.

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Organic Growth Initiatives:
Identify opportunities for organic growth through technology enhancements and process improvements, and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
