Type:

full-time Founding Technical Project Manager | $160k - $200k + Equity | New York (On-site) We're partnered with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI HealthTech startup founded by experienced serial entrepreneurs, building AI-powered automation tools that are transforming operational workflows across healthcare providers. They are now hiring a Technical Project Manager to sit in the Office of the CTO and act as their operational right hand. This role sits at the intersection of engineering execution, cross-functional alignment, and executive leverage - owning delivery across the full engineering organization while creating leverage for technical leadership. You'll own planning and execution of cross-team engineering projects, build lightweight processes for sprint planning and release tracking, and serve as the CTO's filter for prioritization and follow-through - while also preparing materials that translate technical progress into business impact for board and investor updates. You should apply if you have: 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or engineering operations Strong technical literacy - able to engage with engineers on architecture, infrastructure, and product design Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to enforce clarity in ambiguous situations Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to distill technical updates for executive and non-technical audiences Nice to have: Experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or other regulated industries Familiarity with SOC2, HIPAA, or other compliance frameworks Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or data integration workflows
