Growth opportunities, and upward mobility Modern office setting Challenging and rewarding work A highly motivating team environment About the Role The Implementation Manager oversees the onboarding and integration of new clients, systems, or processes to ensure seamless transitions and operational success. This role collaborates cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders to define requirements, manage timelines, and deliver customized solutions. The manager is responsible for identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring that implementation milestones are met with quality and efficiency. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction. The Implementation Manager plays a key role in aligning execution with strategic goals and enhancing Encore Funding's service delivery capabilities. What You Will Do Technical Expertise & Data Management Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, formulas, and macros) to manage and analyze complex payroll data. Create and maintain templates for importing data into the payroll system. Audit data uploads to ensure accuracy and completeness during transitions. Work closely with our internal team, clients, and software team to build custom reports. Maintain comprehensive documentation for system setups, configurations, and project progress. Prepare detailed project updates and status reports for leadership and clients. Conduct audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data and configurations. Internal and External Support and Relationship Management Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding new clients into our payroll system. Collect, validate, and upload historical payroll data from previous providers into payroll software. Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate setup, including employee details, tax configurations, and custom reporting needs. Partner with the payroll processing and tax team to gain in-depth knowledge of our systems and workflows. Provide support during high-volume periods, ensuring deadlines are met. Train team members and clients on system features and workflows to maximize efficiency Project Management Lead projects involving new vendors or software implementations, ensuring alignment with team and client needs. Serve as the point of contact for project timelines and communication with internal teams and clients. Coordinate system upgrades, integrations, and testing to ensure seamless operations. Own project timelines and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Proactively support payroll operations during peak periods to ensure service continuity. Improvement, Compliance and Accuracy Work with the payroll and tax team to identify inefficiencies and develop streamlined workflows. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and client satisfaction. Maintain documentation of best practices and process enhancements for team training and reference. Ensure all payroll setups comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data and configurations. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform system adjustments.
What You Bring Education:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred for senior and lead levels.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounts receivable, factoring, payroll funding, or financial operations, depending on level. with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or project management role. Ability to manage multiple research and reconciliation projects simultaneously, set priorities, track progress, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Excel-based trackers) is a plus. High level of accuracy in data entry, analysis, and reporting, with a commitment to quality and precision. Willingness to support cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive, solution-oriented work culture. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership of tasks, and proactively solve problems. Must be self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively in a deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated expertise in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data subtotals, conditional formatting, and data validation. Ability to identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose or implement solutions that improve accuracy and reduce manual effort. Comfortable managing shifting priorities, multitasking, and meeting deadlines under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support internal teams and respond professionally to external client inquiries. What Success Looks Like A predictable, consistent outbound pipeline. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
