Type:

full-time TreCom Systems Group, Inc. will be hiring experienced IT Project Managers to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex information technology projects. These will be full-time with TreCom and will be either remote or hybrid (Harrisburg, PA as needed). Key Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through implementation, deployment, and project closeout. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements. Manage project scope, requirements, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests. Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, technical staff, vendors, and government stakeholders. Establish project governance, reporting processes, meeting structures, and escalation procedures. Monitor project performance against approved schedule, budget, scope, and quality objectives. Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues. Develop mitigation and contingency plans and escalate critical issues as appropriate. Facilitate project status meetings and communicate project progress to executive leadership, stakeholders, and project sponsors. Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and other project documentation. Manage system implementations, upgrades, integrations, conversions, and technology modernization initiatives. Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including deliverables, performance, schedules, and contractual obligations. Ensure project activities comply with applicable government policies, standards, security requirements, and procurement/contracting requirements. Manage project changes through established change-control processes. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. PMI/PMBOK

principles and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches as appropriate. Required Qualifications PMP certification required. 8 years of professional IT project management experience. Demonstrated experience managing complex technology projects from initiation through implementation and closeout. Experience managing public-sector enterprise system implementations. Experience working with government agencies, public-sector stakeholders, or government contractors. Experience managing system implementations, system conversions, integrations, upgrades, or modernization projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices. Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources. Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience preparing executive-level project status reports and presentations. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with government regulatory, compliance, procurement, or contractual environments. Experience with system conversions and data migration projects. Experience managing software/package implementations. Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners. Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, case management, licensing, permitting, financial, or other government systems. Experience working with state or local government agencies is preferred. Technical & Professional Skills Project management and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms. Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Project dashboards, status reporting, risk/issue tracking, and documentation. Requirements management and change-control processes. Vendor and contract management. Executive and stakeholder communications. Education & Certification Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred. PMP certification required. Additional certifications such as Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, ITIL, or Agile certifications are a plus.
