Job Summary:

We are seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager to organize, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through successful completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT-related projects involving systems, applications, networks, infrastructure, or similar technologies. This is a business-facing role requiring strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders as well as technical IT resources. Key Responsibilities Manage IT projects from planning and initiation through execution, delivery, and closure. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and other project resources. Track project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Communicate project progress, challenges, risks, and recommendations to both business and technical audiences. Apply Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies based on project requirements. Monitor project schedules and ensure deliverables are completed on time. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans. Maintain project documentation and ensure project information is current and organized. Support project prioritization, issue resolution, and escalation when needed. Work closely with technical teams to understand project requirements, dependencies, and implementation activities. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably managing IT-related projects. Experience with IT projects involving systems, applications, networks, infrastructure, or related technologies. Working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Experience using project management tools such as Planview, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical IT teams. Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple project activities and priorities simultaneously. Must be able to work on-site 4 days per week in the Lehigh Valley/Easton, PA area. Candidates should be local to the Lehigh Valley/Easton, PA area and able to meet the on-site requirement. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing projects in an enterprise IT environment. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams. Experience with project status reporting, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication. PMP, CAPM, or Agile-related certification is a plus.
