Specializing in freight audit and payment, LTL/TL solutions, and transportation and sourcing management, we are dedicated to delivering savings and exceptional service to our clients. This position is onsite, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Not remote or hybrid.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain all Windows Server operating systems and services. Linux CLI experience is helpful. Provide support for all desktop and laptop workstations. Maintain, monitor and proactively respond to system issues to maximize overall system SLA's. Perform daily and weekly checklists to document system conformance. Maintain and secure all network devices including firewalls, switches, etc; VMware and Proxmox administration experience is helpful. Monitor, manage, and ensure reliability of all server system backups. Manage tape backup inventory. Keep all servers and workstation updated to current patches and releases, which can involve occasional Saturday evening time during our maintenance window. Assist in maintaining network switches and cabling. Uses established fact-finding procedures, knowledge of pertinent work processes and procedures, and familiarity with related programming practices, system software, and computer equipment to provide required analysis of business and/or scientific problems. Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS/BA college degree a plus (A technical background such as CSCI is preferred).
• 3-4 years of IT Technical Management experience preferred.
• Technical certifications such as CompTIA are a plus.
• Experience with C# Asp.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
