Information Technology Assistant Number of Positions :

Reporting Structure and Supervision :

Jason Rearick Main Focus of position: Assist with all aspects of the IT Helpdesk's work.

Responsibilities:

Setting up hardware and software applications Helping to install, configure and troubleshoot computers and its accessories Installing and maintaining various peripherals Inventory IT equipment and accessories Providing general support for the IT department

Qualifications:

Important to be on time Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, access) and Microsoft Windows Enrolled in Computer Network Techician, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity program is a plus. Must use computer assigned and log time sheet in book in order to get paid
