IWI US Inc., located in Andersonville, TN is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative/Product Specialist to join our team. Candidates will be expected to perform their duties with a high focus on quality, safety, and productivity. Candidates must have strong attendance, be a self starter, have a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

Essential Responsibilities:

The ability to communicate with customers accurately and effectively in a pleasant manner via the phone, email and/or other media to answer questions, resolve issues and assist with orders and returns. Utilize knowledge in firearms and accessories to provide technical support to customers including troubleshooting general issues and more advanced mechanical issues, knowledge of how firearms operate, and provide advance level support to users in an easy-to-understand manner. Manage and process customer orders, issues, repair orders and customer requested work in appropriate locations. Maintain documents and logs regarding customer communications. Ship customer returns and orders. Assist in preparing and shipping for IWI US. Inc. trade shows and other venues. May be required to attend shows as needed. Must have reliable transportation to be able to work onsite. Able to push, pull, sit, stand, and bend up to 8 hours per day. Perform other duties as assigned. This is an 8 hour shift, M-F, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. One (1) year customer service experience required. Knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office applications preferred. Experience with firearms or in the firearms industry is highly desirable. Must be comfortable handling small arms. Attention to detail and excellent customer service required.
