Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician will be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service, mechanical knowledge, and computer networking. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who is comfortable with hands-on work and is willing to learn and grow with our company. Duties
Perform field service calls to diagnose and repair equipment and systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using a voltmeter and other diagnostic tools.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical training to remain proficient in the field.
Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and improve processes. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
Experience in the field of service technician or a related field.
Strong understanding of mechanical knowledge and computer networking principles.
Proficiency with computer hardware and low voltage systems.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and tools.
Familiarity with hand tools and the ability to use them effectively.
Service technician certification or equivalent experience.
Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
