SUMMARY The Terminal Technician position provides on-site, hands-on technical ability and operating skills required to maintain the company's wagering equipment. This position ensures efficient and satisfactory service to the customer, working in a live and non-live racing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Assists with repair and operations of wagering systems and/or all other peripheral equipment or systems associated with the company's service Troubleshoots and repairs all equipment associated with our service. Provides constructive interaction with our customers and co-workers in a high-pressure environment, geared towards all aspects of the company's service operations. Deals with customer issues with tickets or equipment. Follows the company's safety procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES - SUPERVISORY
This position does not have supervisory/managerial responsibilities/duties This position is empowered to take initiative with applicable duties/projects
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
High School or Trade School degree Good understanding of PC operating systems. Basic mechanical knowledge. Good understanding of basic electrical principles and circuitry. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good verbal and written communication skills. Physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, and to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Preferred Experience and/or
Education:
Knowledgeable in technology, horse racing, pari-mutuel wagering, gaming, sports wagering and/or experience in a start-up environment.
