This is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting or growing a career in IT, telecom, networking, or technical support. Experience is a plus, but not required. We will provide on-the-job training for the right person who is dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working with technology. What You'll Do In this role, you'll work alongside experienced telecom professionals and learn how to support a variety of business communications solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

Receiving, organizing, and managing equipment inventory Preparing, packing, and shipping equipment to customer locations Provisioning and configuring VoIP phones and telecom equipment Assisting with troubleshooting phones, routers, and other network devices Supporting electronic fax solutions, including iFax Assisting with overhead paging system setup and configuration Supporting toll-free number porting and configuration Learning POTS replacement solutions for elevator phones, fire alarm panels, and other critical analog devices Testing equipment before deployment Maintaining accurate records for inventory, shipments, and customer equipment Following technical instructions and working with our implementation and support teams You'll gain hands-on experience with equipment and platforms from manufacturers such as Yealink, Algo, Fortinet, DataRemote, and others , while learning directly from experienced telecom professionals. Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation to our Delray Beach office Computer literacy and general comfort working with technology Ability and willingness to learn technical terminology and processes Good communication and customer service skills Ability to follow detailed technical instructions Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable receiving shipments, moving equipment, and stocking inventory A basic understanding of IT, networking, or telecom is helpful but not required Why Masters Telecom?
