$18+ DOE We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support to business clients. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, email, and Microsoft 365 issues. Set up and maintain computers, user accounts, applications, and IT equipment. Support networking, VPNs, cybersecurity, backups, and system updates. Provide onsite and remote customer support. Document service tickets and escalate complex issues when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-5 years of IT/help-desk, desktop, field-service, or network support experience preferred. Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, networking, and basic cybersecurity. Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and customer-service skills. IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license/reliable transportation may be required. Must be able to travel to customer locations, lift up to 50 lbs., and pass applicable background checks. Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required. IT
