Key Responsibilities:

L1 support role Infrastructure Monitoring Network and Server Monitoring Major incident management and escalation Maintains and debugs network server and end user devices including day to day hands on support as required Notify dispatch and direct designated third parties for dispatch support to client locations as required Provides escalation from help desk Uses monitoring and debugging tools to identify investigate isolate and resolve issues with infrastructure Identifies solutions and resolves issues associated with infrastructure Investigates and resolves performance issues and system optimization Keeps project leadership and end users advised of progress Manage and maintain inventory spares and distribution as needed from the depot Provide coordination and escort for physical access at the site as required for third party maintenance vendors Provide incident resolution or other required support actions that cannot be accomplished without onsite support Requires fully onsite shift work at client location in Newark, NJ.
