The Systems Technician I (Tier 1) performs general IT/Helpdesk operations on a day-to-day basis.

Dayshift Position Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Images computers. 2. Repairs computers, printers. 3. Sets up computers, printers, phones at new workstations. 4. Installs computer/network cables. 5. Takes phone calls to helpdesk and creates ticket. 6. Maintains inventories supply for printers and submits for PO's as needed 7. Maintains equipment by making minor repairs. 8. Maintains daily logs of duties performed. 9. Reports regularly to Director of Information Technology. 10. Relocates furnishings when needed. 11. Maintains a neat and clean personal appearance. 12. Maintains confidentiality of company and patient information. 13. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Graduate of accredited high school
• Post secondary training in computer systems preferred but not required

Experience/Knowledge:

• Experience in computer hardware setup and installation.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Valid PA driver's license required
• Detail oriented
• Reliability and honesty

Physical Requirements:
