Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in customer experience or digital products. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in agile development environments. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for shared and distinct B2B experiences Gather and prioritize customer requirements, market trends, and business needs. Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products and features. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and customer satisfaction. Lead product planning, roadmap development, and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Identify and resolve product issues, risks, and dependencies. Advocate for the B2B customer by ensuring a seamless experience across all channels and touchpoints. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
