Job Description
Required Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Education
- Bachelor's degree in technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or CybersecurityPreferred Certifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- SAFe Certification
- Agile-related certificationsRequired Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- 8+ years of experience supporting Agile delivery teams
- Extensive Scrum Master experience
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience
- Experience managing and supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously
- Expert-level Jira experience
- Strong experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Experience identifying and removing delivery impediments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coaching Agile teams and improving Agile maturity
- Experience managing cross-team dependenciesPreferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Cybersecurity experience
- Experience within large enterprise Agile environments
- SAFe framework experience
- Experience supporting Agile transformations

- Support a large cybersecurity modernization initiative focused on Identity & Access Management
- Enable effective Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Agile best practices
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile methodologies
- Identify and remove impediments affecting team delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage cross-team dependencies and delivery risks
- Utilize Jira and Agile metrics to improve delivery performance
- Foster team collaboration and Agile maturity
- Support organizational goals through effective Agile executionJob Duties
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization
- Remove obstacles and delivery blockers impacting team performance
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams
- Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban practices
- Promote Agile principles and continuous improvement
- Analyze team metrics and delivery performance
- Support Agile maturity initiatives and transformation efforts
- Partner with leadership, Product Owners, and stakeholders
- Utilize Jira to track delivery, reporting, and team performance
- Foster collaboration and communication across teams
- Provide guidance on Agile delivery best practices
