As a Pega Lead System Architect-Manager, you will design and implement seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients, optimizing technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies to optimize infrastructure and enhance connectivity within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, taking ownership of projects to validate their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
