Job Description Identify, develop, and manage relationships with new and existing customers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Support product awareness and market growth initiatives across targeted industries. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand brand visibility. Deliver technical presentations and contribute to industry publications where appropriate. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities. Provide strategic insight and recommendations to leadership teams. Travel domestically and internationally as required. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum of 2 years' experience within metals, manufacturing, or a related industrial environment. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts. Knowledge of metallurgy, electronics, sensors, PLCs, HMI systems, hydraulics, or systems integration is highly desirable. Experience with vacuum equipment or similar industrial technologies is advantageous. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organisational skills. Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Eligible to work with export-controlled products, processes, and information.
