We are looking for a technically capable, resourceful individual who can build practical AI-powered systems, conduct sophisticated market research, and turn information into actionable business opportunities. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, working independently, and executing ideas quickly. You will work directly with the company's owner to develop tools and intelligence that give Italian Yacht Group a competitive advantage in the luxury yacht market. Key Responsibilities 1. AI Development & Automation Identify opportunities to implement AI throughout the company's operations. Build and maintain AI-powered tools that improve research, client reporting, prospecting, and internal workflows. Integrate AI platforms, APIs, automation software, and existing company systems. Develop efficient processes that reduce repetitive administrative and research tasks. Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications. 2. Yacht Market Intelligence Develop automated research systems that track global yacht listings, asking prices, price reductions, recent transactions, and new-build developments. Create detailed market intelligence reports for brokers and clients. Research competing yacht models, shipyards, market trends, and emerging opportunities. Build and maintain organized databases of relevant yacht market information. Help produce sophisticated, visually compelling presentations and client reports. 3. Off-Market Yacht Opportunities Develop research tools to identify yachts that may represent potential off-market acquisition or listing opportunities. Analyze vessel histories, publicly available ownership information, market activity, and relevant commercial signals. Create organized, source-backed research profiles to support broker outreach. Work closely with company leadership to turn research into potential transactions. 4. Business Development & Prospect Intelligence Research and identify potential yacht buyers and sellers using legitimate public and licensed business intelligence sources. Monitor relevant liquidity events, business transactions, and other indicators of potential purchasing capacity. Develop systems to organize and prioritize prospective clients based on financial capacity, yachting interest, timing, and relationship opportunities. Support targeted, personalized business development initiatives. Integrate research findings and opportunities into the company's CRM. 5. Direct Executive Support & Special Projects Work closely with the company's owner on daily research, technology initiatives, and strategic projects. Respond promptly to time-sensitive requests and changing business priorities. Turn new ideas into practical solutions with minimal oversight. Help leadership evaluate new technologies, market opportunities, and business development strategies. Take ownership of projects from concept through implementation. Qualifications Required Demonstrated experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or business intelligence systems. Strong familiarity with modern AI platforms and large language models. Experience using tools such as Python, APIs, Make, Zapier, n8n, or comparable technologies. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and structured information. Ability to independently troubleshoot technical problems. Excellent written communication and presentation skills. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership. Ability to work full-time from our Fort Lauderdale office. Preferred, but Not Required Experience with HubSpot. Experience with data collection, web scraping where permitted, and third-party data integrations. Familiarity with business intelligence tools, dashboards, and data visualization. Background in financial services, private equity, wealth management, luxury real estate, or another high-value relationship-driven industry. Experience creating automated client reports or sales intelligence platforms. Knowledge of the luxury yacht industry. Prior yacht industry experience is not required. What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, we expect the successful candidate to: Develop a functional AI-powered yacht market research and reporting workflow. Establish an organized intelligence system for tracking potential off-market yacht opportunities. Build an initial qualified prospect research process that supports business development. Demonstrate meaningful improvements in research speed and operational efficiency. Begin integrating these systems with our existing CRM and broker workflows. All research and outreach must respect applicable privacy laws, data licensing restrictions, and company confidentiality requirements. Who Will Thrive in This Role?
