Position Overview:

Do you love helping people learn and grow? Do you have experience writing SQL? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our management team. GL Solutions, a dynamic and innovative company, is looking for a talented individual to join us as a Developer/Team manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 4 to 5 SQL developers Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly plans Develop staff skillsets Ensure effective workflow management and staff workload distribution. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders. Lead and motivate the team to achieve set goals and objectives. Resolve conflicts and make informed decisions. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of management principles and problem-solving techniques. Proficiency in workflow management and staff workload management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team. Conflict resolution and decision-making skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Capability to train and develop team members. Adaptability to changing situations and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements:

Experience with writing T-SQL Strong servant-leader orientation Excellent communication skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Desire to have fun at work Able and willing to execute agency security requirement documents including providing fingerprints, PII such as DOB, SSN, and submit to a thorough background check. Compensation $96,000-$117,000 annually (base salary plus performance incentive) Base salary is $75,000 per year. Managers participate in a monthly incentive program tied to measurable departmental outcomes. High performers have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through the incentive program.
