3 Months Responsibilities include pool health monitoring, content execution support, technical issue triage, modem failure analysis, root-cause investigations, operational reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability, execution efficiency, and on-time delivery of validation milestones. Job Summary Seeking an engineer with a strong foundation in wireless communications and digital communication systems to support 4G LTE and 5G NR modem validation activities. The role involves managing large-scale test farms, monitoring execution health, triaging failures, performing root-cause analysis, and driving automation and AI-based workflow improvements. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain pool health of wireless test infrastructure and base stations. Support daily execution of modem validation workloads. Analyze test failures, perform technical triage, and drive root-cause investigations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve modem, infrastructure, and automation issues. Generate operational reports and track validation readiness. Develop automation solutions and AI-driven workflows using Python. Improve execution efficiency, platform stability, and validation quality. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Understanding of Wireless Communications and Digital Communication fundamentals. Knowledge of 4G LTE and/or 5G NR modem technologies. Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to understand end-to-end system workflows. Python programming experience for automation and data analysis. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Experience with modem validation, wireless testing, or protocol troubleshooting. Familiarity with wireless test equipment, automation frameworks, and AI/ML-based engineering workflows.
