Full Job Description Pay Range:
$26.40 to $40/hour. By adhering to Connecticut State Law, pay ranges are posted. The pay rate will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge of position and comparison to others who are already in this role within the company. Flu Vaccine Considerations Proof of annual flu vaccination is required for all employees.

We are a medium sized company with a family atmosphere. Job Description This position is responsible for developing reports and analyzing data for the Quality Department. The individual is responsible for identifying, communicating and developing action plans to be reviewed by management for performance improvement. Essential Functions Research and resolve complex reporting issues Proactively analyze reports for any and all types of Quality issues Anticipate or identify issues and resolving them through observing issues and recognizing themes Create and run reports for Quality based on criteria for metrics, Train employees on company establish standards on running reports Ensure reporting data are correct Communicating with Quality department resolving issues and providing clarification of data Meet deadlines Creating analytical reports and presenting to Senior Management Lead medium to large projects related to department needs Perform assessments, analytical research and support including, but not limited to: root-cause analyses Skills and Knowledge Advanced computer skills including MS Excel and Epic experience preferred Intermediate level of investigating and finding root-cause analysis Ability to work autonomously making decisions for resolutions to complex issues Excellent communication skills including the ability to explain complex technical issues to individuals with little technical knowledge Analytical skills with reporting Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors preferred 5+ years' experience in a clinical and/or office environment 5+ years with EMR preferably EPIC 5+ years working with individuals in various levels of an organization Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
