We are seeking a QA Engineer to join the team validating software across mobile, web/backend, integrations, and connected devices. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys testing, troubleshooting, and working across multiple technology layers. Responsibilities Perform functional, integration, regression, sanity, and acceptance testing Test Android/iOS mobile applications and web/backend systems Validate integrations, third-party clients, and connected accessories Investigate defects across client, backend, network, and environment layers Document and track defects using Jira Analyze application, device, and server logs Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and validation documentation Identify opportunities for test automation and support automated testing Monitor QA KPIs, test coverage, defect trends, and release quality Collaborate with R D, Product, Delivery, and other QA teams Qualifications QA/testing experience with mobile applications and web/backend systems Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and defect management Experience with Jira Working knowledge of Linux Understanding of test automation tools and frameworks Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to understand end-to-end workflows across multiple systems Strong communication skills Good level of
English and French Preferred:
Telecom/MCPTT/PTT experience, SIP, 3GPP, third-party integrations, connected devices, ISTQB certification, or scripting/programming experience. If you're a technically strong QA Engineer who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems and contributing to automation, we'd like to hear from you.
