Join our team as a Building Automation Service Specialist in the Columbus, OH area and become the technical expert our customers rely on. You'll deliver hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair services that keep critical systems running safely and efficiently while building lasting customer relationships. What will you do?
Install and commission customer systems according to established procedures and quality standards
Conduct preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance to maximize system reliability and performance
Diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite while maintaining strict safety and compliance protocols
Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance their operations What are the key skills we are looking for?

Qualifications:
Hands-on BAS or HVAC controls experience (service, installation, or commissioning)
Strong troubleshooting skills (HVAC + electrical systems
Must be highly organized and possess the ability to work in a high-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet the schedules given by the leadership
Demonstrate the ability to operate independently and autonomously and take ownership of all tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills and team oriented
Proficiency with writing code for controller sequence of operations
