used by pharmacists and technicians every day.
We value innovation, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-impact engineering. Job Description We are seeking a full-time QA Engineer to own testing for our pharmacy software platform. You'll test new features before release, build automated test suites, hunt regressions, and document results for a compliance-regulated healthcare system. You'll work directly with the Engineering Lead and developers to make sure what ships actually works. Key Responsibilities
Design and execute test plans for new features across web UI, APIs, and hardware integrations (scanners, scales, label printers)
Write and maintain automated tests (Cypress end-to-end, Jest unit/integration)
Perform manual exploratory testing on staging with realistic pharmacy data
Reproduce, document, and track bugs through to verified fixes
Build regression checklists for critical workflows (prescriptions, lots, packaging, verification)
Produce validation documentation supporting
GAMP 5 / 21 CFR
Part 11 compliance (IQ/OQ/PQ test evidence)
Participate in release sign-off Qualifications
1+ years in QA/testing, or strong CS fundamentals with testing coursework/projects
Familiarity with test automation (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
Basic JavaScript/TypeScript ability to write and maintain automated tests
Comfort with APIs (Postman or similar) and reading logs to isolate issues
Methodical, detail-obsessed, and clear in written bug reports
Healthcare/regulated-industry experience is a plus Benefits
