Technical Requirements:
5+ years of Quality Assurance experience, primarily focused on manual testing, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices. Strong experience in testing multiple phases, including smoke, functional, integration, regression, and UAT. Solid hands-on experience with SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation. Experience to data warehouse, ETL or financial reporting validation projects. Experience testing data migration and tool migration processes. Experience testing Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platforms such as CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent, SPIFF. Strong understanding of c ommission calculations, compensation plans, earnings validation, and payout verification processes Understanding of accounting concepts. Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications and reporting platforms.
AI capabilities with data validation.
Experience with test automation such as Selenium or similar tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify, analyze, and document defects, perform root cause analysis, and validate resolutions.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and maintain clear communication across cross-functional teams.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Support data validation activities and ensure data integrity across applications and reporting systems.
Contribute to test planning, test execution, and overall quality assurance best practices.
