Lead structured root cause analyses on quality failures, receiving errors, and customer complaints to implement corrective and preventive actions that resolve issues at their source.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy, OTIF, and returns, translating data into visual dashboards to drive floor accountability.
Champion continuous improvement by collaborating on Kaizen events and updating standard work using lean principles to minimize waste and stabilize processes.
