Develop user-facing and technical documentation to support training, issue tracking, and operational consistency.

Provide additional help desk coverage when support volumes increase and assist with other assigned IT support needs.
Associate degree or completion of advanced technical training in a related field; a bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in systems, data, or healthcare IT support environments.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot computer systems and resolve technical issues in a structured manner.
