Job Description

Location:
Fort Payne, Alabama Job Summary:
The IT Analyst will handle all technical support related to but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, IP phones, RF scanners, PC emulators, servers, AS400, etc. at the South East Distribution Center, located in Fort Payne, AL.
Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
Resolve all Level 1-2 troubleshooting and configuration of the facility's computer hardware Resolve Level 1-2 technical support of the warehouse management system (WMS), which may include: Verifying WMS processes Configuring and data integrity utilizing query and file access tools on an AS400 Coordinate with facilities staff to troubleshoot MHE interface and assist Project Leads with configuration and/or database changes Escalate Level 3 issues to a support staff at the corporate office for resolution Work closely with Operations and Facilities Maintenance teams Communicate regularly with internal and external customers for any needed support Troubleshoot general technical problems from DC users Must be on call 24/7 just in case of emergency and will be required to carry a Blackberry and respond o issues remotely via a company supplied laptop
Education and Experience:
High school diploma Bachelor's degree or technical college preferred Must have CCNP or 1-3 years of experience in general networking 3 years of experience in desktop/WHSE systems support Experience in Windows operating system Experience in Microsoft Outlook/Lotus notes or general email Experience in a VOIP telecommunications environment
Skills and Behaviors:
Strong knowledge of general network protocols (TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) Highly proficient in structured query language (SQL) for query and report development Knowledge of Manhattan Associates PKMS/WM a plus Ability to take direction from multiple supervisors and manage project and time effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be resourceful and be able to act as a self-sustaining technical resource in a fast paced, challenging environment The Children's Place is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
