Role Description This is for a multiple resources requrements for full-time on-site roles, based in Roslynn, VA, is for Momentum Financial ERP application Functional and Technical resources. The role involves configuring and supporting Momentum Financial ERP modules, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional and technical specifications. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, performing enhancements, coordinating testing, and supporting upgrades and integrations with other enterprise applications. The position also requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, documenting processes, preparing user guides, and providing end-user training to ensure effective use of the system. Qualifications Experience with Momentum Financial ERP functionality, including configuration, customization, and support of core financial modules. Technical skills in ERP integrations, data analysis, and troubleshooting application performance or interface issues. Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical designs. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and change management practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business users, IT teams, and external partners. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in government or public sector financial systems is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Roslynn, VA, and support critical project timelines and deliverables. US Citizen with Top Secret clearance required
