Education Technology and Information System Analyst Wise Zebra Michigan Academy Okemos, MI Job Details Part-time $50,000 - $65,000 a year 2 days ago Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Qualifications Computer science Website management Operational analysis Computer Science Information Systems Small business experience Project management Bachelor's degree GitHub Process management Information Technology Full Job Description The Education Technology and Information Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, improving, and documenting the company's digital systems and online education portal operations, which includes but not just limited to support the company's websites, digital learning database, student inquiry tracking, online forms, internal workflow systems, reporting tools, online teaching portal design, and technology-related service delivery. Key Responsibilities 1.
Website Development and Maintenance:
Design, maintain, update, and improve the company's websites, online forms, navigation structure, digital content, and user-friendly experience. 2.
Digital Education Infrastructure Support:
Support the organization of digital learning materials, course information, database, online education portal, and internal education content systems. 3.
Information Systems and Data Organization:
Design and maintain structured systems for student inquiries, service information, course records, marketing leads, internal tracking documents, and other operational data. 4.
Digital Workflow and Process Improvement:
Analyze current business and education workflows, identify inefficiencies, document standard operating procedures, and help build scalable digital processes for company growth. 5.
Online Service Platform Support:
Support online service presentation, inquiry forms, digital customer communication workflows, scheduling tools, and web-based education service delivery. 6.
Reporting and Business Analytics Support:
Use data visualization tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, website analytics, forms, and other digital tools to organize data, prepare reports, and support management decisions. 7.
Marketing Technology and Branding Support:
Support digital marketing systems, online campaigns, website content updates, social media materials, visual content organization, and brand consistency across digital platforms. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Education Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Experience with website systems, digital content management, information systems, education online system operations, or data organization.
  • Strong ability to organize digital information, document workflows, and improve operational systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a small business environment and manage multiple operations tasks. Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or MBA with a technology focus, Education Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with website builders, CMS platforms, SEO tools, Google Workspace, Canva, Excel, SQL, Python, analytics tools, or cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience supporting education services, tutoring programs, online learning content, or international education consulting.
  • Bilingual English and Chinese communication skills are a plus.
