This role will focus on evaluating business requirements and delivering scalable integration solutions leveraging Workday's integration framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Evaluate requirements and determine optimal solution approaches across Workday tools.
• Hands-on experience with Studio, XSLT (3.0), and integration tools (e.g., Postman, Oxygen).
• Work with Workday data models, business objects, and reporting.
• Experience with PICOF/PECI and integration security.
• Optimize integration performance and follow Workday best practices.
