Redmond, WA | 18-Month+ Contract Manufacturing Systems | SAP ECC | MES | DELMIA Apriso Our client, a global leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Support Analyst for an 18-month+ contract supporting its Redmond, WA manufacturing operations. This is a manufacturing systems support role , not a traditional IT support position. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes combined with strong technical aptitude and experience supporting ERP and MES systems . The position will support and troubleshoot SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications while partnering with Manufacturing and IT teams on system issues, enhancements, UAT testing, and bug fixes. SAP ECC / ERP DELMIA

Apriso / MES Manufacturing process troubleshooting ERP/MES data analysis User Acceptance Testing (UAT) System enhancements and bug validation Regulated manufacturing What You'll Do Support manufacturing users and processes within SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso MES . Analyze manufacturing and business problems involving ERP and MES systems. Troubleshoot issues between shop-floor manufacturing processes and business systems . Provide functional and technical support for manufacturing-related ERP/MES issues. Identify, evaluate, and help implement solutions to manufacturing system problems. Configure system settings and options as needed. Plan and execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Validate system enhancements and verify bug fixes. Develop specifications for system changes required to resolve manufacturing issues. Analyze manufacturing data within ERP and MES systems to identify problems and support decision-making. Provide support and consultation to functional manufacturing users. Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to resolve system and process issues. Apply knowledge of manufacturing, materials, engineering, and data analysis to troubleshoot ERP/MES problems. What We're Looking For Technical degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 2+ years of experience supporting manufacturing processes, users, and/or manufacturing systems. Experience working with SAP ECC or a similar ERP system . Experience working with DELMIA Apriso or a similar Manufacturing Execution System (MES) . Strong understanding of how manufacturing processes interact with ERP and MES systems. Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to analyze manufacturing and system data to identify and resolve issues. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT. Experience working with teams across multiple locations or time zones. Knowledge of Quality Systems and environmental compliance. Preferred Background Medical device manufacturing experience. Experience within another regulated manufacturing industry . Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Materials background. Hands-on SAP ECC experience. Hands-on DELMIA Apriso MES experience. Experience with UAT, system validation, enhancements, and bug testing . ERP/MES manufacturing data analysis experience.
