Responsibilities Build and update websites using WordPress and Elementor Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices Translate approved designs and content into functional webpages Install, configure, and troubleshoot WordPress themes and plugins Maintain existing client websites and complete requested updates Improve website speed, usability, accessibility, and performance Test forms, links, navigation, integrations, and other website functionality Identify and resolve website errors, plugin conflicts, and display issues Communicate project progress and technical needs clearly to the internal team Organize project files, credentials, updates, and quality-assurance notes Complete final website reviews before client approval and launch Experience Previous professional website development experience Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, & PHP. Experience in creating responsive, mobile-friendly websites Familiarity with website hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and migrations Understanding of website speed, security, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals Strong attention to detail and visual consistency Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Clear and professional communication skills Relevant Experience WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms Website forms, booking systems, payment integrations, and third-party tools Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar design platforms Website security, backups, staging environments, and performance optimization Client-facing agency or freelance website development Custom WordPress theme or plugin development What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
