Duties Manage construction projects efficiently using Buildertrend software, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and engagement Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding strategies Monitor digital marketing performance, social media analytics, and marketing online analytics to optimize campaigns Oversee website updates and improvements Assist with office administration tasks including bookkeeping, using QuickBooks Skills Proficiency in Buildertrend project management software with a strong understanding of construction workflows QuickBooks experience or accounting background/knowledge a plus Expertise in social media management platforms Skilled in content creation including writing engaging posts Strong relationship management skills for engaging with clients, vendors, media outlets, and internal teams Ability to analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly Excellent proofreading skills combined with a keen eye for branding consistency across all content Competence in photography for high-quality visual content creation that supports branding efforts.
