This role is for a creative whose primary strength is web design — designing clean, effective, visually strong websites for clients across a variety of industries. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who wants ownership over web design while being a collaborative, easy-to-work-with part of a fast-moving creative team. Applications submitted without a portfolio or work samples will not be considered. Responsibilities Design websites for clients across a variety of industries Create layouts, visual systems, and UI design that translate clearly for development Translate strategy and messaging into clean, effective web design Collaborate closely with internal developers to ensure designs are built accurately and effectively Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines Collaborate closely with the web and design team members Occasional support on marketing design as needed Maintain consistency and quality across all client deliverables Experience & Requirements 2+ years of professional web design experience A portfolio demonstrating strong web design work Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Prior experience handing designs off to developers is a plus Thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment The Offer Full-time, in-office position (St. Louis) Competitive salary based on experience Full benefits package, including: Healthcare, 401(k) matching A collaborative, fast-moving team environment Opportunity to grow creatively and professionally within the role
