Responsibilities Develop compelling visual designs for websites, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Adobe to visualize user flows and interactions Design responsive web layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices utilizing HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and other front-end technologies Enhance website usability by applying principles of accessibility in interaction design and ensuring compliance with web accessibility standards Conduct user research and analyze web analytics data from tools like Google Analytics to refine user experience strategies Maintain and update existing websites through content management systems such as WordPress while ensuring website security and performance Qualifications Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, visual UI/UX design, and motion graphics work Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and prototyping tools like Axure or Balsamiq Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), and front-end development experience Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG), usability principles, and responsive web design techniques Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines Experience working with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal for website management and updates Strong data analysis skills using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to inform design improvements Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and product managers Join us as a Web Designer to craft innovative digital experiences that inspire users worldwide!
