We are looking for a Commercial Driver to join our enthusiastic operations team based in Los Angeles, California. What We're Looking For At Big Bus Tours, how we do things is as important as what we do, that's why our ideal candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service while operating a commercial vehicle safely. Responsibilities:
Safely operate a bus or van to transport passengers to and from designated locations
Follow a predetermined route and schedule to ensure timely arrivals and departures
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort
Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues
Ensure the safety of passengers by adhering to traffic laws and company policies
Manage passenger behavior and enforce rules to maintain a safe and respectful environment
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members
