CDL Shuttle Bus Driver - Local Fixed Route - Morning and Afternoon Shifts Available Flash Transportation Group is hiring reliable and professional CDL Shuttle Mini Bus Drivers for a long-term employee shuttle operation in Huntingburg, Indiana . We are hiring drivers for two separate shifts. This is a dedicated, fixed-route shuttle operating between two nearby locations approximately 0.2 miles apart . Drivers will operate a passenger minibus and continuously transport employees between the hotel pickup location and the worksite. This is a local position with no long-distance driving and no overnight travel. Available Shifts Morning Shift Monday through Friday 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM Approximately 8 hours per day Afternoon Shift Monday through Friday 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Approximately 8 hours per day Saturday Saturday shuttle service is also required. Saturday hours are shorter and may be divided between the assigned drivers. Exact Saturday schedules will be provided in advance. Applicants may indicate whether they prefer the morning shift , afternoon shift , or are available for either shift .

Phoenix Drive, Huntingburg, IN Approximately 0.2 miles between locations Continuous fixed-route employee shuttle Same pickup and drop-off locations throughout the shift Passenger minibus operation Responsibilities Safely operate a passenger minibus on a continuous fixed shuttle route. Transport employees professionally, safely, and on schedule. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Complete all required DVIRs and immediately report mechanical or safety concerns. Maintain a safe environment while passengers are boarding, riding, and exiting the vehicle. Follow all company, DOT, FMCSA, and client safety requirements. Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and other required documentation. Use the company's driver application and Samsara system as required. Keep the bus clean and presentable throughout the shift. Check the passenger area for personal belongings and trash at the end of each shift. Communicate promptly with Dispatch regarding delays, vehicle issues, passenger concerns, or emergencies. Maintain professional behavior and provide courteous customer service at all times. Report to work on time and remain available for the full scheduled shift. Minimum Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License appropriate for the vehicle. Valid Passenger Endorsement required. Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate. Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record. Must be able to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test. Must participate in the DOT drug and alcohol testing program. Must successfully complete all required background and employment checks. Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused. Must be comfortable driving a continuous short-distance route with frequent passenger pickups and drop-offs. Must be able to communicate professionally with passengers, dispatchers, supervisors, and client representatives. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Previous shuttle bus, minibus, transit, school bus or employee transportation experience. Previous experience operating vehicles equipped with Samsara or another electronic logging and camera system. Experience completing electronic DVIRs. Familiarity with DOT and FMCSA passenger transportation safety requirements. Clean driving and safety history.

Have you ever been convicted of, pleaded guilty or no contest to, or had your driving privileges suspended or revoked because of DUI, DWI, OWI, operating under the influence of drugs, or another alcohol- or drug-related driving offense?
