Job Description

The Hunterdon County ESC is welcoming applications for part-time school bus drivers! Based out of our terminal in Clinton, the school bus driver is responsible for transporting students in a safe, efficient, and responsible manner to and from school/school-related activities. The following criteria should be met:

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Commercial Driver's License, Class A, B, or C (w/Air Brakes, Passenger & School Bus Endorsements). Safe driving experience. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status. Current CDL Physical Card &/or completed physical form. Pre-employment drug screen and random testing. Willingness to obtain a CDL (if not already owned) and go through training provided by

HCESC. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Hourly rate: Compensation begins at $30.00 per hour.

Expected hours:

Expected hours include 15-25 hrs a week through a split shift assignment - working morning and afternoon.
