Program Requirements Valid CDL A or B license (Ohio or neighboring state). Willingness to obtain Passenger (P) endorsement within 30-60 days. Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) or ability to obtain. Clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. 25 years of age or older (for insurance eligibility). No major violations; maximum 2 minor moving violations or 1 at-fault accident within 3 years. No disqualifying criminal offenses or convictions that would prohibit employment under applicable federal, state, FMCSA, DOT, FTA, school transportation, or other government-funded transportation program requirements.
