Duties Safely operate a personal vehicle for delivery routes, adhering strictly to traffic laws and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. transfer lab specimens from clinics to the drop off point. keep your vehicle clean inside and out pick ups are usually on demand and need to be picked up as quickly as possible and dropped off as quickly as possible. you are encouraged to use Google Maps, Apple car play, and take a friend with you if it will ensure you getting there quickly ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with professionalism, addressing customer inquiries politely, and ensuring a positive experience. specimens are very lightweigh, no heavy lifting require. Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including proof of delivery, by taking and submitting pictures and updating the app if needed.
