Job Summary Courier Discount Service is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Courier Operations Associate to support daily courier and delivery operations. This role assists with package processing, shipment coordination, customer communication, recordkeeping, and general operational tasks to help maintain efficient and reliable courier services. Responsibilities Assist with daily courier and delivery operations. Receive, sort, organize, and prepare packages for processing. Verify shipment information, labels, and delivery details for accuracy. Support package pickup, drop-off, and dispatch activities. Assist with coordinating routine delivery schedules and service requests. Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and team members. Respond to routine customer questions regarding courier services. Maintain accurate shipment, delivery, and service records. Assist with tracking and communicating routine delivery updates. Help organize packages and shipment materials for efficient handling. Support drivers and courier staff during busy operating periods. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines. Assist with resolving routine operational or customer service concerns. Perform other courier operations and support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in courier services, logistics, shipping, delivery, retail, or customer service preferred but not required. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and responsible work habits. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Comfortable using basic computer systems and maintaining records. Pay:

$22.32 - $23.55 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
