Job Description

Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for 85 years. Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift full time Courier Driver to join our team in Oakwood.

SHIFT HOURS

Monday through Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$17.55 with the potential of increasing to $18.80 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) Job functions include: Driving a scheduled pickup and delivery route across various Cooper Farms locationsLoading and unloading Cooper Farms vehicles at the proper destinationsFollowing all state and local traffic laws as well as Cooper Farms driving guidelinesConducting regular vehicle inspection checks and report any vehicle maintenance issues in a timely manner
