Additional job duties will include:

light CNA work as needed, filling in for the scheduler, by maintaining the schedule and passing out supplies.

Qualifications The incumbent will possess:

a valid CNA license. a valid drivers license with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a clean driving record. the ability to make self understood and understand others when interacting. the ability to communicate effectively and have good interpersonal skills. the ability speak clearly on the phone. the ability to be flexible, receptive and adaptive to change. the ability to utilize the computer. the ability to remember multiple tasks and assignments given over a period of several days. the ability to perform moderately complex and detailed tasks with some interruption and with minimal error. the ability to work independently, follow policy and procedures and understand payer sources(insurances). the ability to be organized and keep records.
