Sep 1, 2026 Job Description District-Wide 2.5 hours per day (times vary) Monday - Friday School Attndance days only Rate of pay: $20.37 - $23.38 Essential Functions (to include but not limited to): Takes district mail bins to each district building. Collects each buildings mail bin to transport to District Office. Collects each buildings deposit bag from the previous days money collections. Goes daily to the bank to leave deposit bags, pick-up empty deposit bags, and get change that district buildings have requested. Distributes mail from building bins to the appropriate district office employee or other district building bin. Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the District Office.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated organizational skills and commitment to follow through on tasks with a minimum of supervision. Demonstrated ability to manually move, stack, raise from floor to counter top heavy objects (mail bins, money bags, etc.) Must have a good driving record (will be checked) and clear WA State Patrol and FBI background check. Confidentiality and dependability. Specific abilities required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include adapting to changing work priorities, communicating with diverse groups, maintaining confidentiality, meeting deadlines and schedules, and establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. Working Environment The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 80% sitting, 10% walking, and 10% standing. This job is performed under minimal temperature variations and a generally hazard free environment.
