$20 Additional Details The Mail Courier is responsible for the timely, accurate, and secure pickup, transportation, sorting, and delivery of mail, packages, documents, and other materials between company locations, customer facilities, postal services, and designated delivery points. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple deliveries while maintaining a consistent schedule.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Note:

This is not an all-inclusive list. Additional duties may be assigned. Pick up and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, packages, documents, supplies, and other materials. Maintain an organized and efficient daily delivery route. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, securely, and within established timeframes. Sort and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate departments, employees, or locations. Obtain signatures or other delivery confirmations when required. Handle confidential or sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and mileage as required. Inspect packages and materials for damage and report any issues immediately. Communicate professionally with employees, customers, vendors, postal personnel, and other contacts. Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly when making deliveries. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper condition of the company vehicle. Follow all company safety policies, driving requirements, and procedures. Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, delays, or other issues promptly. Assist with general office, facility, or operational tasks as needed. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and represent the company appropriately at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPECTATIONS

Reports to work each day and on time and works extra hours when needed. Employee must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (i.e., when using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents, etc.). Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers by maintaining a positive attitude. The employee must be able to determine the neatness, accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
