Job Description

Job Overview Join our vibrant floral shop as a Flower Delivery/Shop Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help brighten our customers' days! In this role, you'll assist with daily shop operations, deliver beautiful floral arrangements, and provide exceptional customer service. Your multitasking skills and love for plants will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for clients and ensuring smooth store functions. Whether managing sales transactions or organizing floral displays, you'll play a vital part in delivering fresh blooms and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities :

Safe Driving:

Following traffic laws and maintaining a clean driving record.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Performing pre-trip checks like tire pressure and Oil levels and fluid top offs. Maintain a clean vehicle and flower shop. Create efficient GPS route navigation using your own GPS device.

Time Management:

Prioritizing stops to meet tight drop-off windows

Physical Stamina:

Lifting, loading, and unloading packages. Sitting or standing for long periods

Customer Service:

Communicating politely, handling drop-off instructions, and resolving delivery issues.

Problem-Solving:

Adapting quickly to unexpected road closures, detours, or missing delivery details.

Dependability:

Showing up on time and completing routes reliably without constant oversight. Pick up and process store product with minimal breakage. Handle flower and plant stock organization, including stocking shelves and maintaining display areas. Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling. Assist customers over the phone and in person.

Skills:

Strong customer service with polite communication skills and a friendly attitude. Excellent time management with good familiarity of North County Areas Problem solving: Adapting quickly to unexpected road closures, or missing delivery details. Organizational skills to manage shop and vehicle cleanliness efficiently.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
