Independent Delivery Driver — Small Package Delivery JAY Logistics LLC is actively hiring Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers for small-package last-mile delivery routes throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Baltimore. Immediate What You'll Do Pick up assigned small-package delivery routes from our Hyattsville, MD location. Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers. Follow assigned delivery routes and daily dispatch instructions. Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery. Provide professional customer service at every delivery. Complete assigned routes within the expected delivery window. Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding delays, delivery issues, vehicle problems, or other route-related concerns. Follow all company delivery, safety, and package-handling procedures. Driver Requirements Must have a reliable personal vehicle suitable for small-package delivery. Valid driver's license. Current auto insurance. Reliable smartphone with GPS/navigation capability. Ability to lift, carry, and transport small packages throughout the delivery route. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional appearance and customer-service skills.
