Parts Puller / Auto Dismantler - Experienced Preferred Rogers Auto Parts - Ellisville, MS 5222 Highway 11 North, Ellisville, MS 39437 Tired of nights, weekends, and unpredictable hours? Join our family-owned salvage yard for a stable Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM schedule. We are looking for a reliable, experienced Parts Puller who knows vehicles and can efficiently remove sold parts (headlights, taillights, doors, bumpers, engines, transmissions, interior components, etc.) from salvaged cars and trucks.

Key Requirements:

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on vehicle experience (preferred 1+ years in auto repair, dismantling, or salvage) Own basic mechanic's tools (wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, trim tools, etc.) Ability to work outdoors in all weather and safely use hand/power tools Forklift or heavy equipment experience a plus Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Compensation:

Competitive commission-based pay with a training base of $19/hour Experienced pullers typically earn $19-$25+/hour once fully trained (training period usually 30-90 days) Potential for higher earnings based on volume and efficiency
